We use LED flexible neon lights instead of traditional glass neon lights to make neon signs. LED neon signs are safer (no glass/low voltage electricity), energy-efficient (80% less power consumption), have a longer lifespan (more than 50,000 hours), and support dynamic effects (such as gradient/flashing). Traditional neon signs require professional technicians to install and are fragile.

Depending on the type and quantity of ordered signs, we generally need about 3-5 business days to complete the production.
We use the DHL door to door delivery service by default, which need about 5-6 days for the delivery. So the lead time would be about 11 business days.

Yes! We support fully customized shapes, whether it is text, logos, abstract art, or complex graphics. Just provide vector files (AI/CDR/PDF/EPS) or clear design drafts, and our engineers will optimize them into production-ready LED neon sign structures.

Yes, we have 2 years warranty for neon signs. If there is any problem with the product during this period, we will repair it for free or send you a new one.

Yes, if our production staff has not started production, the design can be modified. If the product has already started production, you can proceed normally according to the new design after paying a certain loss fee.

Yes, we can make certain adjustments according to your needs.

Our payment methods include: wire transfer, credit card, PayPal or Western Union.

Please note: 50% deposit is required before production, and the balance is paid before shipment.

We are signage manufacturers in China, do not have any office out of China, so very sorry if the installation job is out of China we can’t finish it.
But we do have some business partner in USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, if you can’t find the installer, we will try to help you to find one.
