The Produktion time is short and the shipping time insane. After the sign was ready for shipment it got to Germany in 2 days!
Quality of the sign is awesome, the illumination is very even and it also gets very bright. Like a Neon sign, except that the letters are out of LEDs.
The only negative thing are the mounting holes. The holes where to small for the wall mounting kit with the spacers. But after drilling them bigger it fits perfectly.
10/10 would buy again.
There are some noticeable seams where the material was cut. Also the cable turns really hot when the sign is turned on, which concerns me.

Quality is fantastic, the sign arrived in a prompt time frame and was protected incredibly well, this was bought as a gift for a friend and they absolutely loved it.
Recipient confirmed it was in perfect condition and packaged really well. Only downside is the delivery was made by Hermes... terrible comms on delivery ETA. But LCNeon can't be blamed for that. Maybe change delivery company?

First time I got my order shipped the words were spelled incorrect. Then you sent a replacement and the lighting in part of the neon is a different color and doesn't stay the same as the rest of the sign.
The sign was well packaged, looks great. Just what we wanted!
