Depending on the type and quantity of ordered signs, we generally need about 3-5 business days to complete the production.
We use the DHL door to door delivery service by default, which need about 5-6 days for the delivery. So the lead time would be about 11 business days.
Yes, we have 2 years warranty for neon signs. If there is any problem with the product during this period, we will repair it for free or send you a new one.
